*** Plu Glosa partikla-de-tem [tense particles] ergo per difere mode de plu-la adi-ra [inflections] de Esperanto.
She washes the dog. Fe lavo u kani. The dog is washed by her. U kani gene ge-lavo ex fe.
She is washing the dog. Fe du lavo u kani. The dog is being washed by her.
. She washes the dog daily Fe lavo u kani singu di. . The dog is washed daily by her. Singu di, u kani gene ge-lavo ex fe. . . She is washing the dog to-day. Fe nu-di du lavo u kani. . The dog is being washed by her to-day. Nu-di, u kani du gene ge-lavo ex fe. . P.S. When I find my GID, I’ll worry about correcting the spelling. Until then, spelling is not half as important as getting the correct feel for the language. Perhaps I should download and reprint the GID: last time it took 148 pages to print it out.
Saluta,
Robin Gaskell
