Karo Robin,
Robin Gaskell grafo, 2003-06-01:
- Mi prefere un uti de ‘di-six’ [=Saturday] ne plu bi verbi, ‘di’ e ‘six’.
In compounds the last word is the main concept. E. g.
“domi-zoa”: the animal (living in the house) = a pet. “zoa-domi”: the house (for the animal) = a stable. “pa-di”: the day (in the past) = yesterday.
Following this idea, “di-sixa” would be irregular (What kind of “six” is it?).
So, ~Pa di-six, ... ~ pote es nuli hetero de u traduce de "Last Saturday, ... '. Ka 'pa-di' eqa u di pre nu, ~Pa di six, ... ' minus ali jugo-marka (hifen [hyphen]) dona no klari semani.
Mi kredi: semani habe sati klari. “Sixth yesterday” ne habe ali freno.
Mi habe un este ke Marcel pa traduce ex England-lingua a Glosa ne u hetero direkti.
No, tu pa falsi divina. U-ci kron mi pa grafo u Glosa-textu pre English.
Qe, u-ci semani qo ra? Qe, u Glosa de mi es ma kako de un English de mi, alo hetero mode? – Penite, mi ne este gravi de id. Pro mi, Glosa e English es xeno-lingua, e mi habe hedo de plu xeno-lingua; anti-co mi ne es perfekti de mu.
To help with usage, I use:- GLOSA 6000 - 6000 Greek and Latin Words and Roots, 1992, Glosa Download (144pp) Glosa Internet Dictionary (GID): English - Glosa, 2000, Glosalist [now updated on Marcel’s website]
Gratia, tu uti GID e tu grafo de mi inter-reti pagina. Saluta.
